Ratings decide which venues stay on the platform and which do not. The 4.2 floor is enforced — venues that fall below are reviewed, coached, and removed if they do not recover.

An event is a sequence of small confirmations — slot held, advance received, booking confirmed, setup begun, event closed. S&P pushes a notification at every transition. You do not need to open the app to know where things stand.

a group chat. S&P sets it up.
The day of an event is held together by messages — where to park, when to arrive, where the food is. As soon as your 25% advance clears, S&P creates a WhatsApp group named for you ("Meghna's Wedding · S&P") with guests, your Event Manager, and a send-only bot — host is admin from minute one.
You are the admin
From minute one. Add or remove guests, mute the bot, archive when done. S&P never demotes you, never overrides you.
Bot sends, never reads
The S&P bot posts three or four short updates at the moments that matter — and cannot read a single message in the group. Send-only, by design.
Guest numbers are not stored
Numbers you add are used to create the group — and then dropped from S&P's records. Never stored, never marketed to.
