Please include your business name and the mobile number registered to your partner account, and the booking or payout reference if your question is about one.

2. Your Partner Manager

Every partner has a Partner Manager at Salt & Pepper. For help with onboarding, your listing, pricing or a booking, email partners@saltpepper.ai or call +91 86385 06148 and we will put you in touch with your Partner Manager. Answers to common questions are in the app under Help & FAQ.

3. Bookings

New booking requests appear in the app, where you can accept or decline them. If you need to change or withdraw from a booking you have already accepted, contact your Partner Manager straight away so the customer's event is not affected.

4. Payouts

Salt & Pepper deducts its commission as set out in your rate card and pays your share for each booking to your verified bank account.
If a payout looks wrong, open the payout in the app and choose Flag a discrepancy. Our finance team reviews it and follows up.
