When you write to us, please include the mobile number registered to your account and, if your question is about a booking, the order reference shown in the app.
Every booking has an Event Manager who looks after it from quote to event day. In the app, open My Orders, choose the order, and message your Event Manager on WhatsApp from the order screen. This is the fastest way to change details, ask about your menu or venue, or sort out anything on the day.
You can cancel an order in the app: open the order and choose Cancel order. Any refund follows the cancellation terms in your booking contract and our Terms of Service; your Relationship Manager will contact you to confirm the final refund amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
