Relationship Manager
Guwahati · Full-time · Target start 1 Sep 2026
You are Salt & Pepper's face to every customer — owning the relationship from first discovery through every order, building repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
What you'll do (Phase 0)
- Learn the platform, pricing model, and pitch before launch
- Build the first outreach sequences for institutional targets — corporate HR, officer welfare bodies, faculty coordinators, association chapters
- Shadow the founding team on early customer conversations
- Own the first post-event follow-up calls — thank-yous, feedback, re-booking
What we're looking for
- Based in Guwahati — this role is in-person
- 2+ years in B2B account management, relationship management, institutional sales, or hospitality
- Comfortable building rapport with corporate decision-makers
- Organised — you'll manage 30–50 accounts at once
- Fluent in Assamese and English; Hindi a plus
Partner Manager
Guwahati · Full-time · Target start 1 Aug 2026
You are Salt & Pepper's face to every venue partner — owning the relationship from first meeting through daily operations, compliance, and growth. Real fieldwork: visiting venues, running discovery, pitching, and staying close so each venue performs.
What you'll do (Phase 0)
- Run a structured survey of 15–20 Guwahati venues (instrument provided)
- Identify and rank the top 3 Digital Venue Partner pilot candidates
- Pitch the venue partner model to shortlisted owners and managers
- Onboard 3 pilot venues — IT setup, contract execution, first GMV month
- Own day-to-day partner operations and issue resolution
What we're looking for
- Based in Guwahati — most of the job is in-person fieldwork
- 2–4 years in business development, account management, hospitality ops, or sales
- Comfortable having direct, frank conversations with venue owners
- Organised — you'll track 10–20 venue relationships at once
- Fluent in Assamese and English; Hindi a plus
