Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Salt & Pepper Events Partner account and the personal data associated with it, operated by SaltPepper AI Private Limited (Silpukhuri, Guwahati, Assam, India). You can make this request here, without reinstalling the app.

1. How to request deletion

Email us from your registered contact, or use the button below, with the subject “Delete my partner account”. Please include the mobile number registered to your partner account so we can verify your identity.

If the Delete account option is available inside the app, you can also start the request there: open Profile and choose Delete account.

2. What happens after you request

1. We verify your identity using your registered mobile number.
2. If you have active or pending bookings, or unsettled payouts, these must be completed or resolved first — we will let you know if anything is outstanding.
3. Once cleared, your account is deactivated and enters a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request by contacting us.
4. After the grace period, your personal data is permanently deleted, except records we are legally required to keep (see Section 4).

3. What is deleted

• Your profile and contact details (name, mobile number).
• Your listings, uploaded photos, availability, and pricing.
• Device identifiers and push-notification (FCM) tokens.
• Bank / payout and tax identifiers held for your account, once statutory retention no longer applies.

We acknowledge your request promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, excluding the statutory-retention records described above.
